Applications for the HOLOGIC science awards in Austria and Switzerland

Berlin, June 2023 – In September, HOLOGIC will award a HOLOGIC Science Prize in cooperation with the Austrian Society for Senology (ÖGS) and the Swiss Society for Senology (SGS).

This year, HOLOGIC again announced its science award in recognition of advances in breast cancer therapy and extraordinary research that improves early detection. Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2023 and relate to publications of eligible work within the year 2022 or by May 30, 2023 (SGS) and by June 30, 2023 (ÖGS) for papers going to be released. The HOLOGIC Science Awards, which are endowed with prize money, will be presented in Austria for the seventh time as part of the ÖGS Senology Congress from September 7 – 9, 2023 in Vienna, and in Switzerland for the third time as part of the SGS Senology Congress from September 21 – 22, 2023 awarded in Zurich. Interested scientists must be members of the ÖGS or SGS and must not have reached the age of 40. The presentation of the works will take place in short form on site.

Registrations are accepted by the ÖGS and SGS.
