Tumark^® Vision: Highest detection rate in SenTa-Study

Berlin, January, 2021 – In the recently published SenTa study, the Tumark Vision was used for localization and detection of the target lymph node. In the group that used Tumark Vision the highest detection rate compared to other tissue markers was achieved (79.7%). In total, 300 patients received the Tumark Vision tissue marker in this group.

The SenTa study aimed to investigate the feasibility and accuracy of non-radioactive target lymph node (TLN) biopsy and targeted axillary dissection (TAD). 50 centers participated in the study and showed that TAD can be a feasible procedure in daily clinical routine.
